INVENTORY COUNTER JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Show up on time as scheduled at designated meeting place or at the first store of the day.
- Must be in uniform; black or navy blue slacks and a navy blue polo shirt (no denim).
- Count merchandise quickly and accurately using a 10-key inventory calculator.
- Follow procedures and report to crew chief.
- Responsible for obtaining schedule.
- Must have reliable transportation, internet and phone service.
- Professional Conduct at all times.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF INVENTORY COUNTER:
- The work day is 4-12 hours with the work week ranging from 3-7 days.
- The inventory calculator weighs 3 lbs. and is carried by a belt around the waist.
- There are 3-9 hours of continual calculator use.
- There is occasional use of a two-step ladder.
- Most of job requires walking through grocery aisles and standing to count products.
- Frequent motions: Keying, Bending, Stooping, Squatting
- Occasional motions: Climbing, Kneeling, Crouching, Reaching, Handling, Grasping
- Some exposure to temperature changes when entering coolers.

- Per diem reimbursement for any overnight stay.
- Travel reimbursement is paid for time between stores.
- Designated carpool drivers are reimbursed for mileage and gas.
- Pay rates are confidential and dependent on experience.
- Paydays are bi-weekly every other Monday.
